WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Furnishing and appliances, Regular Housekeeping (can be weekly or fortnightly, depends on each stay's agreement), Utilities such as gas and electricity, FREE NBN wireless internet, Complimentary Toiletries, Complimentary Teas and Coffee. Your apartment is fully self-contained and includes linen, towels, hair dryer, fully equipped laundry and a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge, microwave, electric oven, cooktop and dishwasher.


HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE ACCOMMODATED IN EACH APARTMENT?

One Bedroom Apartment: Single, Couple or 4 people  (Separate bedroom with Queen sized bed + Double fold out sofa bed in living area)

Studio Apartments: Single or Couple (Double bed)


CAN WE REQUEST BEDDING CONFIGURATION OR ADD A FOLD OUT BED?

Yes - There is a double fold out sofa bed in the One Bedroom Apartments ($40. per person per night)

A Port-a-cot is also available ($30. per night)


IS CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?

Secured and undercover garage car parking is available - on a first come first served basis. (3 spots available & 1 small spot at the back of the building)

There is plenty of FREE off street parking.


DO YOUR APARTMENTS HAVE WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS?

All our apartments are connected to NBN free Wi-Fi access.

Unlimited data usage and no restriction on number of devices.

You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.

A smart TV is provided, however please use your own Netflix or similar accounts.


ARE THERE ANY BREAKFAST PLACES NEARBY?

There are plenty of great cafes/restaurant on Avenue Road & Military Road, Mosman.

We love to support our wider community.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

No a deposit is not required but credit card details will be required to confirm the booking.


HOW DO I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?

We accept the following credit cards: VISA & MasterCard 1.8% Bank transaction fee.

AMEX is accepted with a 2% Bank transaction fee applies.

Payment is processed within 14 days prior to your arrival.


IS A CREDIT CARD REQUIRED?

Yes – a credit card is used to confirm your booking.


IS A SECURITY BOND REQUIRED?

No - we do not require a security bond (unless for long term stay & specifically required).


WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

A 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 14 days of check in. 

For bookings between 15 December - 18 January: 100% Cancellation Fee applies for Bookings Cancelled within 30 days of the Check-in-Date.

In the event that a guest wishes to check out early a 100% cancellation fee applies.


WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME?

Check-out time is 10am.

Check-in time is 2pm.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and a charge of $80 will apply.


CAN I HAVE A PARTY OR PETS WITH ME?

We are happy for our guests to enjoy visitors and entertain family and friends.

With a maximum of 10 people per room.

We respect our neighbours and fellow guests.

Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy' and 'No Pets Policy'. Pets are not allowed at any time.

Failure to comply with property policies will result in a penalty fee of $1000 minimum.


ARE THERE ANY TOURIST ATTRACTIONS NEAR BALLANTYNE SERVICED APARTMENTS?

We are situated close to many tourist attractions, Taronga Zoo, Balmoral Beach, Sydney CBD,

Opera House and Harbour Bridge are all within 10 minutes from Ballantyne Serviced Apartments.


WHERE CAN I FIND GOOD RESTAURANTS NEARBY?

It is just a short walk up to Military Road where you will find many cafes and restaurants.

The Boathouse at Balmoral Beach is another local favourite.
